It’s a long story…
Many years ago I wanted to answer a simple question, ‘are we omnivores?’ A lot of people said that we were, but when it came to the evidence, nobody seemed to have any data. Perhaps no one had made the case yet.
So I started doing some research; I read scientific books, I read research papers and from diverse fields of science the data came together and makes a compelling argument that humans are herbivores. I published my findings in a free booklet called ‘Are Humans Omnivores?’ that gathered all the research and made it free for anyone to study.
The We Are Herbivores team will bring these findings and new discoveries to a wider audience through the digital media platform.
More people are becoming concerned about animal welfare and the benefits of plant based diets. But underneath this we have core beliefs about ourselves that influence our behaviour. Those beliefs can be changed, can you help?
